About Me
I am a licensed massage therapist, physical therapist assistant, and corrective exercise specialist with a focus on chronic pain, injury recovery, and complex cases that require a more individualized approach.
My work combines medical massage, manual therapy, and corrective exercise to help people understand what’s happening in their body and work toward long-term improvement, not just temporary relief.
I have been working in the health and wellness field for over a decade and genuinely enjoy helping people feel better, move better, and get back to the activities that are important to them. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family and enjoy cooking, being outdoors, baking, and continuing to study and learn more about the body and how it heals and adapts.
How I Work
I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Each session is based on an assessment of how your body moves, where you are restricted, and what may be contributing to your pain or limitation.
Treatment may include hands-on manual therapy, medical massage, movement assessment, and corrective exercise. Some sessions are more hands-on, while others focus more on movement and building strength and stability where your body needs it most.
My goal is not just to help you feel better for a few days, but to help you understand what is happening in your body and work toward longer-term improvement. Most of the people I work with are dealing with chronic pain, old injuries, post-surgical issues, or movement limitations that have not fully resolved with rest, traditional exercise, or previous treatment.
This work is a collaboration. I will do my part during the session, and I will often give you specific exercises or changes to work on between sessions so that we can continue to make progress over time.
Background & Experience
I have been working in the health and wellness field for over a decade, with a background in physical therapy, medical massage, and corrective exercise. Over the years, I found that many people were falling into a gap between traditional physical therapy and traditional massage — they were no longer in acute rehab, but they were not fully better either.
My work developed around helping those people: the ones who are still dealing with pain, stiffness, or movement limitations and want a more thoughtful, individualized approach. I have worked with a wide range of clients, including individuals with chronic neck and back pain, post-surgical patients, athletes, and people simply trying to move and feel better in their daily lives.
